How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. As each canvas is hand-painted to order, this may vary slightly during busy periods.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: 2–6 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express)
New Zealand: 4–6 business days (standard), 2–5 business days (express)
USA, UK, Canada: 4–14 business days depending on location
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand, and hope to expand to more locations as The Stitch Garden continues to grow.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Will I receive tracking information?

Our Designs & Kits
What is included in a needlepoint kit?
Each kit includes a hand-painted canvas, carefully selected DMC threads, and a stitch chart, giving you everything you need to begin stitching.
Are your canvases hand-painted?
Yes, each canvas is designed and hand-painted with care.
What size are your canvases?
Canvas size and stitch count vary by design. We currently have two standard canvasd sizes 25 x 25 cm and 15 x 15cm. Full details are listed on each product page.
What does 14 count canvas mean?
This refers to 14 stitches per inch and determines the final size of your finished piece.
Can I use my own threads?
Yes, you are welcome to use your own threads. Our kits come with our picks of thread to make them accessible but feel free to get creative with your own colours and types of threads, and stash ours for another project.

Is needlepoint beginner friendly?
Yes, needlepoint is a beginner-friendly craft and a great introduction to stitching. Our Beginner Picks are designed to be perfect for those who are starting out.
How long does a project take to complete?
This depends on the size of the design and your pace. Each piece is designed to be enjoyed slowly over time.
Do I need any additional tools?
Kits include everything you need to start, though scissors or a frame may be helpful for comfort.
Can I frame my finished piece?
Yes, our designs in The Frameable Edit are designed to fit into an A6 (10 x 15cm) frame.
How can I finish my piece?
There are many ways to finish your needlepoint, including framing, turning it into a small cushion, or displaying it as artwork. If you are just starting out, framing is one of the easiest and most popular options.
Digital Products
How will I receive my digital pattern?
Digital patterns are delivered instantly via PDF download after purchase. You will receive access on the confirmation page and via email.
Can I print my pattern at home?
Yes, all patterns are designed to be printed at home or used digitally.
What if I lose my download file?
If you are unable to access your file, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.
Can I return or refund a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not available.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
